We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The product was received in a defective or damaged condition.

  • The issue is reported within 5 days of delivery.

  • The customer provides all information requested by our support team.

Please note: Returns or refunds are not applicable for reasons such as incorrect order placement, change of mind, or improper usage.


How to Report an Issue

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Important Notes

  • The product must be unused and returned in original packaging.

  • Physical damage not reported within 5 days of delivery will not be covered under this policy.

  • Returns will not be accepted for installed, tampered, or misused products.
